"We worked with QSSI's PowerHouse/WMS on a project a few years ago at Samsung Aerospace, also located in Korea. At that time we were impressed with the depth of functionality and its simple tools for interfacing to host systems as well as material handling equipment. Of particular importance to us are the language conversion tools, and extensive configurability that make it easy for an Integrator to learn and install the software quickly. Mr. Kim and an associate attended a one-week customer-training program in QSSI's New Jersey office. During that time, they set up a fully functioning warehouse in PowerHouse/WMS that included the creation of aisles, receiving locations, shipping locations, storage locations, etc., and they configured all the rules necessary to run the warehouse. By the end of the training session, they were receiving, picking and shipping orders, via Radio Frequency (RF) equipment and CRT, from the test warehouse they set up earlier in the week. "It was a very comprehensive training program and the product exceeded all of our expectations with regards to depth, and technological achievement " explains Mr. Kim.
