Seoul, S.Korea - An ambitious project is underway just outside of Seoul, Korea to revamp the IT systems of Fursys Furniture, Korea's largest furniture manufacturer and supplier. Among the systems chosen by Fursys was PowerHouse/WMS, a warehousing management solution from QSSI in Piscataway, NJ. PowerHouse will initially be controlling Fursys's logistics at two sites; one in Sungnam and one in Ansung.

PowerHouse's integral translation functions will allow Fursys employees to view screens in Korean. PowerHouse's rules-based configurations will allow them to modify the way in which the system performs at each site to take into account differences in layout and operations without needing specially coded components.
