FAQ'S
Your estimate updates from the fields you enter: warehouse size, number of physical sites, interfaces, Workstation/RF users, Next Gen Access users, and whether you bill as a 3PL. The calculator totals Monthly Subscription and Monthly Hosting. TMS pricing is shown separately based on parcel packages per month.
Monthly Subscription covers WMS licenses, features, support, and updates. Monthly Hosting covers the cloud infrastructure and managed environment that runs your system. If you self host, hosting charges do not apply.
Any distinct operating location that runs its own warehouse operations: distribution center, satellite warehouse, or micro-fulfillment site. Multiple buildings on the same campus count as one site if they share one WMS instance and operations.
Workstation/RF users are named users on desktop or RF devices who execute warehouse tasks. Next Gen Access users are light users who need dashboards, lookups, or approvals without RF workflows. Choose the level that matches each person’s day-to-day role.
Enabling 3PL adds client billing features such as storage, handling, and value-added service charges, plus client portals and statements. Pricing reflects the additional 3PL modules and reporting.
Each external system connection counts as one interface. Typical examples are ERP, ecommerce, marketplace, accounting, shipping carriers, and TMS. Interfaces include certified connectors and custom API connections.
Enter your monthly parcel volume. The calculator estimates TMS subscription for rating, label generation, and routing, plus any carrier integrations you select. WMS and TMS are shown separately so you can buy either one or both.
Yes. The calculator shows recurring costs. One-time services such as implementation, configuration, data migration, training, and custom work are scoped during discovery and quoted separately.
You can scale up or down. Changes prorate to the next billing cycle. Adding sites, users, or interfaces will update your subscription; removing them lowers your future invoices.
Subscription includes standard support, updates, and monitoring. Hosting includes managed backups and high-availability targets. Enterprise SLAs, audit logs, SSO, and compliance documentation are available; details are provided in your formal quote and MSA.
